Mango Hotel is a modern hospitality and retail project designed with a strong contemporary facade identity. The concept combines dark graphite metal bands, warm WPC wood cladding, transparent glass balconies, and integrated warm LED lighting to create a premium hotel experience with an active commercial podium.
Modern Hospitality Facade Identity
The facade was developed to create a premium hotel and retail experience through a strong balance between dark horizontal bands, warm wood vertical accents, glass balconies, and integrated lighting.
The commercial podium was designed as an active street-level experience, connecting the hotel with cafés, shops, outdoor terraces, and pedestrian movement.
Warm, Layered & Inviting
The design approach focuses on creating depth through recessed balconies, transparent glass railings, warm WPC cladding, and soft LED lighting.
Each facade layer was carefully treated to enhance the hospitality mood, improve night visibility, and create a refined contemporary appearance suitable for the Gulf urban context.
Creating a strong hotel identity within a mixed-use building required balancing the residential upper floors with the active commercial podium at street level.
The main challenge was to make the facade feel premium and welcoming while keeping the massing clean, organized, and suitable for the Gulf urban context.
The design solution focuses on transforming the facade into a premium hospitality landmark by combining warm materials, strong horizontal lines, transparent glass balconies, and integrated architectural lighting.
The retail podium was treated as an active urban layer, creating a welcoming street experience with cafés, shops, outdoor terraces, and warm night ambience.
